Now accepting applications for September 2025, the Cadet Program offers Vancouver teens in Grades 10–12 a free, transformative experience focused on leadership, confidence building, and community connection. Supported by the Vancouver Police Foundation, the program provides workshops, team activities, and mentorship opportunities that inspire future leaders.
