NOTES:
Use of a Party Room for the party for 2 hours with access to indoor playground and play areas
A Party Host to assist with set up and clean up
Includes cutlery, napkins, plates and cake cutting knife
Standard set up and clean up provided
Additional children can be added to party packages at $24.95 per additional child
Additional adults may incur an additional charge of $12.50 per adult
Kids under the age of 2 are excluded from the total count of kids attending the party.
A 15% gratuity will be automatically added to all party bookings.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. If a party is cancelled due to Public Health Orders, the deposit can be kept on credit or transferred to a gift card; refund requests can be processed subject to a $50 processing fee.
Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice will forfeit their deposit.
Party entertainers such as Face Painters, Superheroes Princesses and Balloon Twisters are available! Please see our list of partners.
No outside food or drink permitted, exception is nut-free birthday cake or birthday cupcakes for pre-booked party packages
Outside food (nut free) is permitted for Private Party packages
Delicious and amazing looking cakes and cupcakes can be conveniently ordered from our cake partner - Gyneth’s Cakes
Cakes can only be stored in our refrigerator IF space is available. Please bring your own cooler if in doubt.
Please note we do not have freezer space storage for ice cream cakes. Please bring your own cooler.

Decorations are allowed but not taped to any wall (painters tape is permitted)
All guests must wear socks to enter into the soft play and sliding area - No exceptions
Extra charge may apply of $60 per additional 15 minutes for parties that exceed their allotted time
As one of the most popular indoor kids birthday party places in Greater Vancouver, availability is limited. Booking early is recommended.

Very happy hosting our child's birthday party at Kidtropolis.We had a smaller party of 6 children and 10 adults and the smaller party room fit us perfectly.We booked a 10:30-12:30 time slot and got all of our activities in.The kids were having a great time in the city area then they paged our group back as the food and cake arrived so everyone could get something to eat and get back outside for more play.Will definitely plan something here for our 2nd when he hits the proper age to enjoy (probably 3 and up).The facility is clean and seems well-maintained.D.G.

Great place to do make-believe with your kids! They have rooms for birthday parties and a place to buy snacks on the inside. Can walk around with your coffee but they only want you to drink it in the Cafe areaM.M.
Great venue. Had our sons 5th birthday party here and everything was great. Everyone is super friendly and the pizza was actually pretty good as an unexpected bonus. Easily several hours of entertainment for a pretty wide range of ages from 3 up to 8 or 9.R.H.
This kid village has something for everyone - fire station grocery storestage airplane police station post office school hospital! Kids love it. Great place for birthday parties too. My kids can play here for hours without getting bored.C.B.
We've been to Kidtropolis many times with our 3 children including multiple birthday parties. They always have so much fun and never want to leave! Security and safety are both very good especially with the number of other children there. A great place to go rain or shine your kids will have a blast!W.R.

It's a place for children and their parents to have fun. Your child can pretend to be dentist or fire fighter or police or cook etc. It has a playground as well so children can play and climb. There is a cafe so you may get something to eat but your are not allowed to bring outdoor food. There is birthday party rooms upstairs.L.H.

I recently had the pleasure of having my son's birthday party at Kidtropolis. All our guest truly enjoyed the birthday experience at Kidtropolis. The staff were very organized and greeted us at the door and completely took over the stress of getting everyone registered.The staff and party host were very professional and organized and greeted myself and all guests with a positive attitude. The facility has many CLEAN washrooms located downstairs in the play area as well as many more upstairs. I couldn't believe how clean and spotless the facility was. The food was delivered to the room on time and was both fresh and delicious. The party room was all organized and set up with cupsplates and cutlery. The party was two hours but some guests thoroughly enjoyed the experience and stayed for an extra two hours!!!
There is so much left to imagination where kids can freely play and pretend to do real life things such as being a pilot a policeman and veterinarian. For those who wanted to be a bit more active there was a slide and mini playground.I would highly recommend anyone who hasn't checked out this venue to do so.R.D

We hosted a birthday party here at Kidtropolis and everyone had a ton of fun! No other place in the Lower Mainland offers this kind of indoor children's playground. The pretend play idea with "kid size" props and a replica of a city/town is a brilliant concept for kids to explore their imagination and creativity. It was an awesome fun and safe place to host children's birthday parties and also just for kids to explore and have a great time. I highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to host their children's birthday parties or just for their kids to have fun pretending to be anything they want. ie. policemen broadcasters pilots mechanics doctors etc. Kidtropolis offers a spacious clean and safe environment for kids to explore and have a fun time!W.M.
I highly recommend hosting a kids birthday party here. We celebrated our son’s 6th birthday party and all of us had an awesome time. The staff are efficient, helpful and friendly. The place is accessible and clean. They set up the party rooms pretty standard and we were able to decorate it. A big shout out to our party host Maya for helping us!! 🥳🤩V.L.

Well, this is a place for REALLY young children, and my friend had abirthday party there, but the thing is, that she was turning 10, and not 3 you know? It's really nice to bring toddlers and young kids there but not pre-teens or teens.L.

We came on a busy weekend. The staff was great. There was a lot of kids running around having fun.I was very impressed with the service provided by the place. We booked a birthday party and we had a very attentive party assistant. We had a private room that made the experience very comfortable.I am glad to see this place still going strong.
