$1000 (+ GST) facility rental charge for a private booking
Reservations are available starting after 5:30pm.
Please call us to inquire about reservations starting at 8:30pm.
Reservations can be made online, in person or over the phone, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking
2 hour rental
a $175 late penalty charge (in 30 min increments) will be automatically added to the invoice for parties that exceed their booked time
Maximum occupancy included in rental fee is 100 guests, additional guests can be added at $20 per person
2 Hours not enough? Need more time to decorate? Party can be extended for an additional fee: $125 for an additional 30 min, $250 for an 60 min with advance notice (min 72 hours). Premium rates apply for adding additional time with less than 72 hours notice
General cleanup is provided
Cutlery, napkins, plates and cups will be provided at no extra charge with a minimum $100 food order
Outside food is permitted in our café (some exceptions apply)
We recommend you designate one volunteer to serve the food to children to avoid cross-contamination
No items containing nuts please
Alcohol will be permitted with a proper Special Events Permit and Special Events Server Certificate (https://justice.gov.bc.ca/lcrb/sep ) obtained by the Event Organizer at least 48 hours prior to the event
In addition to obtaining the required permit and certificate, an additional $100 charge is added to parties bringing in alcohol
An automatic 15% gratuity will be added to all private bookings
All guests are required to sign a waiver - online waivers are available here to save time at check-in
